#1 that tops the list is barking dogs. Too many dogs.
People lie how many they have and are bringing 4-6 dogs. Management should start inpecting the rigs and finding out how many they really have if they have a pet.
They only bring out 2 at a time to get away with it.
Couple behind us had 5 they left barking all day. I put a note on their door "the dogs barked all day...take them with you". They left this morning, so long bob barker.
