Most problems happen at night and often there is no one in management around to report the problem to. Put a phone number in the handout to customers so that they can reach someone in charge, not the local police.
Yes that is quite annoying and I only ran into it once or maybe twice. In one CG the bottom line ended up being 30 dollars after a quote of 15 dollars! There was extra for my grandson, my dog and wi fi. I would have appreciated being told a bottom line price.
