Huge (over 100 sites) parking lot campgrounds with small sites. I want a little room, some trees and grass. A level site with more than 2 ft on each side to sit out. I want to feel like I can kick back and relax and not feel like if I go outside I have 8 other neighbors who can watch me from their windows to see what I do (some old people have nothing else to do). A home away from home. Fancy amenities are not needed. Clean restrooms/showers (we do not use) laundry facilities at a reasonable price. A dog grooming station was a nice touch I saw at a park. If you have campers not in self contained units, the dish washing stations are a nice touch for them.
