Most RV friendly Cities and States

I lived in Vallejo California for about 10 years form 1980-1990 and have traveled and visited about 80% of all the states and I can say without hesitation that California from the most southern tip to the Oregon border has some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. My wife and I would just pick a section of the state and just drive. For 10 years I spent all my weekends exploring and sight seeing and still feel like I didn't see everything there was to see.

I plan on going back after retirement to experience my most cherished memories of the state but feel by that time the political battle between conservative and liberal values will destroy what was once a great and beautiful state.
