How long should it take to get a title for motorhome purchased from an out of state dealer?

I just received a title for a vehicle and they quoted 4 to 6 weeks and it arrived in 4. Out of State should take 6 to 8 weeks, unless you financed it and you won't receive a title. The bank or lending institution will receive it and hold it until loan is paid off.
