How long should it take to get a title for motorhome purchased from an out of state dealer?

I know that there are complaints that many times the OP doesn't follow up and report the outcome of their post. I want to report that today after 16 weeks I finally got a title for my motorhome. It took a lot of pushing people to act but it finally got released. Thanks to those of you who provided info to me. Tom
