Move to diesel engines across the RV spectrum a fad?

Probably here to stay but that depends on factors such as the difference in cost between gas fuel and diesel. In our area it's often too much to make diesel work out in terms of cost. Also, gas motors keep getting better in MPG and durability. Diesel seems better for real heavy loads but for lighter loads, the verdict is still out.
