If your GVWR (according to Dodge), RGVWR or actual weight exceeds 4,500 KG, 9,900 pounds you need a safety inspection sticker.
If the actual weight exceeds 4,500 KG only because of an RV, you do not need an inspection.
If however you ever pull (or carry) anything else, even a nothing 4' x 8' box trailer, you WILL need it.
