by the way, running the pump dry wont harm it at all because of its design (hydrostatic).
I have run mine dry for two days at a time on two occasions and it still works great.
Referring to the techs as idiots. Is pointing the finger at the wrong person. You have no idea what, if any training the techs received.
Putting the blame on the last guy on the totem pole is not the solution.
Someone should be in charge and being paid to manage the place and it is not the 15/hr tech
