It would be a good idea to not only hire a mobile tech, but to hire him to specifically teach you how to DIY the winterizing. With the proper set-up, it is possible to completely do the job, with no tools, and $5 worth of anti-freeze, in a few minutes. It's so easy that I head into the RV with a gallon of pink stuff and a flashlight, and 5-10 minutes later it's done. Kind of horrifying to be in an RV dealer and see the "winterizing special $119.95" sign. Even if it's done by a dim-witted helper, and he wastes a gallon or two, the dealer is making some serious margins on a cheap, easy DIY task.
