I agree that it was a minor incident that didn't really necessitate an "anger meltdown".
As for the employee's attitude, we don't really know what happened. It could be that the OP started her "anger meltdown" and that was the reason the employee got "rude".
Regardless, I agree with the statement that you need to learn how your systems work. It doesn't take a lot of skill set to turn on the faucets and drain the fresh water tank (if you don't want to crawl under to reach the drain). Having to call the dealer to ask how to drain the fresh water tank is like calling the plumber to ask how to flush a toilet.
