I am trying to locate a mobile tech to use in my area but so far no luck. I live in a rural area 25 miles south of Dallas. I wouldn't mind towing it to them if I can find a good tech. I do blame the service manager more than the technician. Yes, he made a mistake but it was the service manager that was argumentative.
But I am not blowing it out of proportion. I have learned that some people are like drinking straws. So I don't let the people that suck suck the joy out of my life. I have already put the incident behind me.
