OP service managers are just that. Managers, they don't know dick about the true workings etc of how your camper was worked on while it was in the service dept.
I always speak to the actual person who worked on our unit. I wouldn't do it over the phone either, we would drive up and chat the hands on guy...and real fast you get the real scoop. You went thru the idiot medium person that doesn't know squatt LOL and everyone got angry.
Time to learn more about your unit tho. You are at everyone's mercy. You need your own knowledge a bit here.
