While I understand the complaint about the rude response I am still unsure about why the "red light" or water in the tank is an issue. Flushing the water lines requires water and if your FW tank was empty they likely put some water in - same thing I might do if you asked me to help. They likely flushed the lines and the antifreeze ended up in the gray water tank - that's why that was full. No big deal. The "red light" doesn't mean your pump was running without water - just means that the pump will turn on if you open up a water tap.
