I am going to locate a mobile tech to teach me how to do this though I would prefer to pay someone else to do it. I really don't care to crawl on my belly under the trailer to access the low point lines.
There is no reason to "crawl on your belly" to winterize. It is literally as simple as getting a gallon or 2 of anti-freeze and accessing your winterizing valve inside your camper. Your money though, and your choice how to spend it.

After defending myself for several minutes, I got angry and said to her " just tell me how to fix the **** problem, that's all I want to know." It was at this point she hung up on me. I had to call back and talk to the salesman who sold me the trailer to just answer my question. By then, I was very upset.
Yup, 100% YOUR fault. You call me up and start using abusive language, we are done. It seems obvious from your very own words that you called up and were accusatory towards them. You could have simply called and said my water pump was left on and you wanted to know if it was possible to cause damage as a result and that your tanks were full and you just needed help figuring out how to drain them. That is non-accusatory and simply asking for clarification and assistance. Instead you called up and accused and were vulgar with them. Very hard to get free assistance when you are acting that way.
I've learned everything I know about RV'ing either from friends who RV or from reading forums/watching Youtube. You can potentially save a lot of money and frustration by doing the same...
