With what I just said above, it doesn't matter why the OP was there or what her question was.
She explained that her FW drain was under the bunk and she had a difficult time reaching it. I would get someone else to do it if it were free myself for that reason alone. I don't think she deserves criticism for that.
Where she went wrong was in getting stressed because the tanks were full and the pump was on. Had she understood the system, she would have known it was a minor issue. She could have simply emptied her tanks herself or called and said "hey, you folks left the tanks full, if I bring it by could you empty them for me? I have a hard time reaching the drains. Thanks"
What I think the OP can learn from this is that she needs to gain an understanding of how things work in her trailer. Even if you never change a tire, you need to know how to do it (which is the reason my dad gave me when he made me rotate all 4 tires on my car as a teen).
Find a friendly face the next time you're at a park and ask if they could answer your questions. Ask them for a "grade school" explanation on how the systems work. If they go too deep or start using technical words, stop them and ask them to simplify. Explain that you don't want to do it all yourself, you just want to understand so you can problem solve.
