@OP... there is nothing wrong with expecting good service be it free or otherwise. However, I can understand frustrations when dealing with service departments. But mama always said one draws more bees with honey instead of vinegar. Become educated about your RV for your own benefit and ignore those here who attempt to serve up constructive criticism with an acrid tongue.
