It's OK to apologize at anytime if you believe you may have offended someone. RV dealers are run by real human beings.
Despite what may have or actually did happen, Anger only makes the situation worse.
You should never need to apologize for your emotions - you really can't control them.
However, you can and should apologize when you allow your emotions to control your attitude towards others.
It's OK to be angry. It's not OK to take that anger out on someone.
