My Idea of Collections-For the Love of Motorhomes

If I had the money I wouldn’t collect performance cars or antique furniture. I’d collect antiques and uniques of a different sort… motorhomes! There’s some stellar rolling “mansions” out there.

One of my favorites: a ’57 Starliner Flxible Conversion - SWEET!!! The music’s not too shabby either.

Clever storage in this one; the closet behind the bed is creative.

Not a mh but I'd get it anyway. Have a thing for those old port hole styles with a shiny finish.

Time to go buy some lottery tickets.

  • It's a passion and an obsession sometimes, isn't it? For the love of motorhomes I should have called this thread.:C There, I fixed the title.

Here's a youtuber of Jay Leno's Decoliner custom motorhome, very vintage looking. It's on a GMC motorhome chassis.

  • Great thread!

I like the links thank you.

Worked with a guy that bought a 1966 city bus to convert.
It was the love of his life.
Constant fixing, updating, changing and traveling in it.

I machined a lot of parts for that thing.
Last I heard he finally finished restoring it.
  • I also would collect vintage motorhomes. I think they are much cooler than the new ones.
    I really like that 1961 GM. :)
