My method for organizing all those pre-trip details

I have three check lists we keep on the computer. One for maintenance/service items for the motor home and toad, one for items that need to be in the motor home, and one for the sticks and bricks we are leaving behind. A week or so before departure date we print off a copy. One item I had overlooked and then added to the check list was vehicle registration--almost missed renewal once.
