I notice minimal difference in MPG between 65 MPH and 70 MPH (like less than 1 MPG). And not a lot of difference between 70 and 75. I won't drive below 65 because speed limits ar 75 - 80, and anything below 65 seems borderline unsafe, and WAY too slow.
