NADA guides price change

I have been searching for a TT for awhile and noticed the NADA price estimates have gone up by 3-4000 dollars within the last two weeks. I imagine the camping popularity has driven this or the rash of COVID buyers but prices are getting ridiculous. Has anyone else noticed the NADA's change in estimates or just me?

    When we first decided to sell our TT, it was a few months before the Pandemic and the NADA Guide valued it at 15k to 23k. Now, it is valued at almost 10k more. We have it on consignment for $6k less than we paid for it 4 years ago.

    Just remember, the only "book" that's ever actually BOUGHT an RV is a checkbook. Don't pay a lot of attention to those numbers. A used RV will bring what the market will bear in it's particular location.

    They adjust their prices on real auction and other sales data. A family member just sold a NADA priced $15K Winnebago for $20K to the first caller.
