I also recommend a mobile tech if you are physically limited. Chances are that the fridge doesn't have to come out for repair/replacement. To avoid future issues, it's best to have the mobile tech supply the repair parts (that he/she diagnoses as bad) if you go that direction. (rather than buy parts and have the tech install them) You can buy the parts yourself if you prefer, but, if there are problems later, the tech may charge you again if he/she doesn't supply and install the parts.
IMO, under NO circumstances should you order a new refrigerator, have it shipped to an off site location, then transport it to CW to have it installed. They do not take 3 weeks to get. Avoid trunk monkeys at all costs! That's a recipe for disaster.
At the age of your refrigerator, if it has lived a hard life so far, it might be advisable to consider a new refrigerator. But, if it's otherwise in good condition you should be able to have it repaired fairly economically. Be aware, you are approaching the design life limits for he cooling unit which won't be as easy to repair, and the refrigerator has to come out to do it.
