There's really no need to ever replace a Weber Q as about the only parts that might fail are the regulator and perhaps the gas valve but both are replaceable items. I used my first Q100 for 8 yrs an average of 3x a week year 'round and I only eventually sold it for half of what I paid for it so I could buy the new Q120 which offered additional features. The 120 we use for camping, for several years now use a larger Q220 here at the house, and I expect both will outlast us. :B
