You can go both ways without a problem if you have the credit. We have been full time for 15 months. We sold our house and hit the road. 3 months ago, we decided on a new 2013 40' Landmark. None of our normal credit union, banks would touch us, because we have a Livingston address. We even have great credit. Essex Credit picked us up with one phone call and two emails. Once the final price was determined and emailed to them, the check was cut and we picked up our new unit. Most people think they can't get a loan if they don't have a sticks and bricks address, but its not true. Check Costco which goes through Essex also, and I think Sams has something too. Good luck
