Your fiver most likely used Dicor to seal it from the factory. Take your wife's hair dryer up there, heat up the old Dicor and gently scrape it off with something plastic, like a plastic putty knife. Once it's off you can install a new coat of Dicor. Remember it will self level, so create a bead around the antenna mount and lap it up over the edges and over the screw holes.
