standing in camping world now so I'll mkw it quick tore tv antenna off roof of fiver. got it screwed back in and working don't know what kind of sealer I need to purchase. help!

If I buy some Dicor in case I need it, how long is the shelf life? Once opened can the remainder be kept for next time or is it like caulking that always dries up and you end up getting a new tube each time?
