Colorado is mostly a no. The laws have just changed but each store has to be able to buy up an available liquor license, and I don't know if Wal-Mart is getting in on the action. But King Soopers (Kroger grocery store) is. There is one near my mom's house that has beer, wine, and liquor already. But the one I shop at does not yet. Another I shop at has beer and other similar beer-like beverages (like hard seltzers and things like that) but no wine or liquor.
I'm also trying to recall if Walmarts in WY have wine. I know they have beer in a separate "liquor store" in the Wal-mart but I cannot remember if there's wine in there too.
But, as a plus, both states have drive-up liquor stores that sell wine :) So, to save time and effort, just go to those.
