Actually you can, Enterprise Truck will rent you a 3500/350 with a class V hitch. Though at 13,500 you'd have to make sure it has the towing gears as the 1 tons tend to max out between 11,500 and 13,000 with the fuel economy gear. Still I'd probably just use u-ship because it won't be any more expensive and way less stressful. It's like when I moved and realized for what it cost to rent the big rider for the day and pay the insurance and per-mile fee it ended up being within 20% of what it would have cost to hire movers.
