Need recommendations: Drinking/RV/Boating Hose

Our white "Camco" 22803 TastePURE Drinking Water Hose drinking hose just burst today after 14 months of use (Amazon purchase). Added side note: [COLOR=]>>> We DO use a water regulator at campsites...

I know there are different quality hoses, seems the stiffer ones are better, but then there is that coiling factor. Not to sound paranoid, but I dont drink campground water anyways.......just dont like the taste of some. Bottled water is cheap around here
