I bought a new drinking water hose from RV water filter store this year. It's 50ft 5/8 hose 200psi burst with solid brass fitting. Love the hose, and had great customer service.
I called and read the specs on a lot of hoses. Most would have warnings about not leaving them under pressure in hot temperatures ( they had no problem with is sitting out under pressure. Others had the cheap fittings. I gave around $90 for it.
We volunteer at a local State Park and are setup in on place for about 8 months.
I'm done fighting with the cheap leaky hose.
