I agree with you. But that is not really applicable to 14-15" rim sizes. And especially since the one or few 15" LT models are fairly rare and still rated far less than available ST tires. Same goes for 14".
Not saying these tires won't work (14-15" LT), but they are not the best choice when considering load ratings.
