Need To Bounce Something Off The Sounding Board Here

A little rant or does this sound right... legal or a brush off ?? Ok we are back in the market for another Class C , stopped in at a local RV place, they have a 2013 Nexus Phantom 23P 10,500 miles ...

Why would Nexus finance be involved with the dealer selling the unit? It sounds as though Nexus is owed some money from the original owners and using the dealer to recover some of it. Dealer may have entered into an agreement with Nexus. And why no information on the new unit. It could be an excellent purchase, but I would be very sure you end up with clear title and no liens. Call the selling dealer an ask the questions.
