A little rant or does this sound right... legal or a brush off ?? Ok we are back in the market for another Class C , stopped in at a local RV place, they have a 2013 Nexus Phantom 23P 10,500 miles ...

Why don't you ask them? Tell them the sequence of events, your fears and overall impression then ask them what they would do if they were in YOUR shoes?
