NEVADA-car dolly registration??

I did not need a certificate of title in New York State for my American Car Dolly, which I purchased new from the manufacturer.
However, I was told to keep the original receipt from the purchase, which has a serial number on the copy, in case of resale or proof of ownership( if stolen) .
Ask for the original sales document, before you buy a used one, it may be HOT!
