I noticed in the last ad I received from HFTs that they now have a CARB compliant 2000watt generator. Has anyone here bought one and or heard one run. I believe that for $499.99 it won't be as quiet...

Not sure why you posted a loud non-inverter generator, when the OP is talking about an INverter generator.
There's a reason that the Wen pictured is so cheap. It's LOUD at 63db.
And it runs at only 1500w. 1800w is peak only.
