He has 1265 lbs of payload, he's over already and didn't mention rear axle rating or the weight of the hitch itself. His weight estimates for passengers was just that, an estimate. An actual weight of the vehicle loaded and ready for a trip will show he has exceeded the payload. The rear axle rating then becomes critical for safe operation.
I didn't mention rear axle rating of 4280 with an empty weight of 2900, because the total difference (1380) is greater than the total payload.
In addition almost everything is in slide out trays which I weigh between official scale trips.
And I did mention that the truck was actually weighed, twice, once when new and once coming back from a trip...and obviously the hitch has to be attached during the weighing process.
