New Base Plate.

Question

Over the last ten years, We have had several Toads. Each time We traded, I would just leave the base Plate on the old toad, never thinking that I should remove it. DUH ME. A couple of months I traded a 2010 Saturn Aura for a new Dodge Ram Big Horn. When I went to pick up the new Truck, they informed me they had removed the Baseplate and put it in the truck bed. I was supprised and about all Isaid was thanks. Has anyone ever traded in an old base plate in on a new one for different vehicle? I plan to contact Blue OX but as I am here surfing around I tought why ot post here and see if anyone has done it. Thanks for any feedback you can offer.

I sold mine (switching from MH to TT )on a local RV forum baseplate, towbar, BRAKES, and all to a family looking for a toad for their new MH.Stu

I am not much on thinking lately, too many years on this old thinker. I didn't even think of selling the whole bundle to someone who was looking for a toad. Thanks for waking me up.
