NEW BILL that could BAN FULLTIME RV living

I didn't read that it will make living in an rv illegal per-say, it just changes they government's definition of what a house is. not being able to write off the big motorhome as a housing expense will make it a lot more expensive, but illegal?

I thought the bill was aimed to eliminate shanty-towns that are popping up all around the country, stop people from claiming some broken down rv parked in an abandoned industrial lot is their house?
