I just installed two 12v Interstate Deep cycle batteries for the coach. Get ready for a deep dig on your pocketbook

You really need 4 if you plan to do any off-grid camping. I'd aim for somewhere around 400 amp hours.

I know the pain. I need to replace my 4-12v batteries after this trip.

Instead of having two 6 volts can I replace with 1 12 volt or 2 12 volt batteries????

I am using 2 Sams club 6 volt batteries. They were $85.00 each.

There are SOME, but very few true deep cycle 12V batteries. You are WAY better off with 6V GC batteries in groups of two (obviously). If you have 4ea. 12V batteries you likely have more than enough room for 4 GC batteries that will yield an AVERAGE of 464Ah for the stack.
In order of "good", Trojan is arguably at the top, with Interstate, Costco, and whatever other batteries all made by Johnson Controls.

I just replaced my '4' house batteries with Trojan T 105's at $87 each.

Crown . I use Sams club. JMO

I just put a set in from Costco, same price. I think they're Interstate.
