Build time is quite variable, as different model lines will be assembled in batches, and there is a lot of front end time (cabinet, furniture, plastics, frame shops) leading up to each batch. If your special order is something they will be building soon and is a matter of choosing among standard fittings, build can be as little as a few weeks. If it is something they just finished building, it might be a few months before they get back to that model line.
The dealer gets an estimate from the factory based on the factory's production schedule. That is specific to the model being built.
