I don't mind being marketed to and will tolerate a little inconvenience, but I refuse to perform like a trained circus dog.
All that expense and effort to make a removable discount card, yet the end result screams, "We have no idea what we're doing!"
CW has always been a real hassle to order from and has more hoops to jump through for a discount...
Some day when ordering and using a discount is convenient, or at least not a joke of an obstacle course, I may order from them again.
Shame, too. I dog eared a couple of page with items of interest and set my discount card by the phone. Guess the furnace will get a little extra fuel tonight now :S
