My wife thought so...we are first time buyers and there is no NADA yet
2014 Jayco Redhawk 31 XL $59,000, seems like a fair price, but out of my comfort zone at the moment.
It was one of those deals where we started out looking at used for cash and then started considering paying more than I was comfortable with. We finally are at a point in life where we are out of debt and I didn't want to go right back into owing somebody. But you know how it goes. The wife ran with it and started negotiating with dealers for new models just to see what we could do. When the paperwork for this came back at 50k, I said let's move on this. The rest is history. I think I'll go back to looking at used for cash, lol.
I want to thank the OP for sharing his experience with us including the final outcome. While we all have our opinions, it is the legal opinion from an attorney that counts and it sounds like the OP listened to his attorney.
