Wait! The DEALERS bank cancelled the loan because the DEALER refused payment. The BUYER did nothing wrong AT ALL! The dealer caused the cancellation and since they originally set the loan up, the dealer would had to do it again if the buyer wanted to redo the sale! One more thing, since the contract was nullified, how was the "no refund" of down payment enforced? That was wrong!
