Depends on how far you take it. I have no side affects with 6-turns on the T-bars (1.25") and the truck sits much better IMO. Fully leveled trucks if not done right will ride very stiff and wear out CVs due to the extreme angles.
One of the first mods I always recommend on these trucks is to take the stock GM shocks off and throw them in the trash. Throw on a set of Bilstein 5100s and be amazed at how much better the ride is.
