GM never made 20's in 03... Doubt it was due to the wheels.******ride on the 03 was more likely due to over cranking the T-bars and overextending the shocks. Very common mistake amongst GM owners. With the right tire your not going to feel much of a difference in ride between 18" and 20" rims.
You and the tire dealers thought the same thing. I've argued before to the nay sayers that GM offered 20's in '03. I bought it new, it was factory and I still have the factory sticker to prove it and no it wasn't a dealer add on.
