We occasionally catch a nap in the car when traveling without the RV. I have a remote start in my car. When I get cold enough to stir, I hit the remote start, the car shuts itself off after around 15 minutes.
Around here you will be arrested if found intoxicated in the driver's seat with the keys in the ignition running or not. No arrest if the keys are not in the ignition.
