Get an independent inspection. It may need resealed, tires may show cracks (you should always replace EOM TT tires with a dependable brand anyway), and any other things that need to be addressed having it sit so long.
Would that be like taking a new car to your mechanic before buying? Lol
Figure the stuff that needs done in to the price. Which would be tires (probably junk on a 2025 too, just newer junk) and possibly a little caulking.

Hardly the same and you know it.

Pretty much the same in my book other than harder to get warranty work done on a RV than a vehicle.
It’s new. It has warranty. It will likely need some sealing soon just based on age. And the tires will be old junk instead of new junk.
Agree with you though if you want a good fix it list before purchase then the inspection is a good idea. But guessing that stuff that needs attention will likely manifest after towing it a distance and using it a bit.
It’s easy enough for someone with minimal knowledge to just verify everything works and there’s no obvious physical damage.- way2rollJul 14, 2025Trailblazer
Moot point anyway. OP looks like a newbie hit and run.

I don't think its quite the same, the quality of rv's coming out of the factory isn't anything near the quality of cars. the whole premise is almost done units (I have never seen one that doesn't have work needed to finish it) are sent to the lots then the dealer finishes the small things that were missed, but they don't do that until you sign on the dotted line. so that rv has been sitting there for 2 years with possible sealant not proper or other things. plus people walking in and out in all weather and even the dealership moving it around.
personally for me I would concentrate on checking the roof for tears and proper sealant, also that it is in good shape. then the rest of the exterior everything looks good and the sealant is all good. inside the normal stuff maybe cleanliness and looking for any signs it was leaking.
