nitrogen filled tires.....how do you add?? is air OK?

We use nitrogen in the HVAC industry for pressure testing and purging refrigerant lines. Nitrogen is cheap, whats costs is the cylinder. If you have a cylinder to exchange, a 40 lb cylinder of nitrogen is about 15.00 exchange. If you don't have a bottle, it's over 100.00.
