Is there any chance that something bumbed one of the hot water tank diverter valves a person would use when winterising. Most RV's have two valves for diverting antifreeze from the tank, and I'm wondering if there is a way one of those closed off the flow. Ours is under our kitchen sink and it happened to us. Hans

I am using water from my fresh water tank and the pump only runs when cold water faucet is turned on, does not run at all when hot water faucet is turned on.

You may have a pretty big leak somewhere - I'd take a good look around inside and out. Last time that happened to me, it wasn't until I noticed the steam outside the galley window that I realized the pressure release valve had popped on the HW heater.

No. There is zero pressure on the hot water side of any faucet.
